There are a number of ways to order boats and equipment from Clavey River Equipment
- You can order direct from our website using our secure server.
- You go to our shopping cart and print up a order form which you can then fax or mail to us.
- You can call us at 1-800-832-4226 to place an order during our normal business hours: Monday thru Friday 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturdays Noon to 4:00 PM Pacific Standard Time.
Standard Ground Shipping charges for orders are as follows:

Items such as boats, rowing frames, oars and paddles that have "additional or oversize freight applies" stated in the item text are subject to additional freight charges. When these items are ordered we will contact you via phone or e-mail with an exact freight quote for your order.
When ordering a kayak you will be charged $95.00 for freight to the nearest freight terminal in your area - within the contiguous U.S.A. If you add any accessories to your kayak order we will give you a 10% discount (on accessories) and ship the whole package for $95.00. When ordering a kayak package the accessory discount and flat freight rate will not appear on your order - we will email you a invoice reflecting those savings.
C.O.D. shipments are subject to a $6.00 additional charge.
Three Day Select, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air service is available. If you would like to use one of these shipping options please specify in your order and we will contact you with a freight amount.
Please call for shipments to AK, HI and foreign destinations. Clavey has sold equipment throughout the world and will gladly quote freight charges for foreign customers.
Shipment Tracking
When your order ships we will send an email with your tracking number, provided you gave us an email address.
RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves on selling quality river gear. If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us before returning it. We will issue a refund or credit for the items that are returned unused, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns without a receipt. Some close-out or sale items may not be returnable.
