Free ground shipping on orders over $70.00. Restrictions Apply.

Oversize Freight
Items such as (but not limited to) dry boxes, one-piece oars/paddles, firepans, river tables, frames and frame components are considered oversized items. Special handling surcharges (OS) apply to these items and will be clearly displayed in the drop-down price menu on the product page. Example: (+2.00). You will also see surcharges clearly displayed in the Shopping Cart and during Checkout.

Rafts ship truck freight. Please call for a freight quote 1-707-766-8070. We do not ship kayaks.

Shipping To Hawaii & Alaska
Place your order as you normally would and we will contact you with the shipping amount and transit time before processing your order.

Shipment Tracking
When your order ships we’ll send an email with your tracking number, provided you gave us an email address.

RETURN POLICY
We pride ourselves on selling quality paddlesports gear. If you’re not happy with your purchase please contact us before returning it. We’ll issue a refund or credit for the items that are returned unused, in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. We cannot accept any returns without a receipt. Some close-out or sale items may not be returnable.
